Our table d’hôtes, open in the evening, invites you to enjoy a unique menu that showcases fresh, local produce from the region. Each dish is carefully prepared with seasonal ingredients from producers in the valley and surrounding areas, to offer an authentic and tasty culinary experience. In a friendly and warm atmosphere, you will discover the flavors of the Gard region, while appreciating the simplicity and quality of the products that enhance each recipe.
Our table d’hôtes is open from Friday to Tuesday, offering a unique menu at €39 per person, including an aperitif, a starter, a main course, cheeses, and a dessert. This dinner is reserved exclusively for guests of the château, in an intimate and friendly atmosphere. In order to guarantee the freshness of the products and the quality of the service, we ask that reservations be made 24 hours in advance. This is the ideal opportunity to savor local dishes, carefully prepared and presented in an enchanting setting.
